In recurrente hernia (anterior) you sugest to take off the mesh ?
And what is your incidence on inguinodynia in patients with recurrence hernia that were treated by laparoscopic or robotic approaches ?

If there is chronic pain suspected of meshoma, nerve injury, the mesh should be removed. If not, just the recurrence, no need.
