LMS QuestionsChronic pain
Diego Ferreyra asked 4 months ago

Congratulations on the great course and disertations. My question to Dr. Parra Davila is related to one of the videos he showed during his presentation. There was a patient who need the previous mesh removed due to chronic pain, where the preitoneum was removed together with the mesh. My question would be what kind of reparaction or closure was needed in that case, and if he used another kind of mesh. Thanks in andvance.

As I mentioned at another answer. Preperitoneal pp mesh. Phasix may be an option if patient refuses permanent mesh.
